Abstract

To assess the worth of using IgG to N protein method to determine the level of protective antibodies.

Materials and methods: we evaluated serum antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 IgG to the N (IgG) protein and Anti-RBD-S IgG in 100 patients who received treatment at the clinic of the Research Institute of Virology, Tashkent, Uzbekistan from May to August 2021. The blood samples were taken approximately 14 days after the onset of the disease. 13% of patients were with mild form, 34% with moderate, while the remaining 52 were with a severe COVID-19. The study included 44 men and 56 women. All serological tests were carried out on the CLIA Maglumi 800 using Snibe Diagnostic reagents, according to the manufacturer's instructions. Statistical processing was performed on the IBM SPSS 26.0 (Chicago, IL, USA).
