Abstract

In this article, the author analyzed the banking system, types of banks, principles
of banking and the tasks of banks as part of the financial system. By studying these issues
through a comparative analysis of domestic and foreign legislation, historical, legal, systemic,
logical, statistical and other methods, the concept of the banking system and the principles of
national legislation, as well as proposals for banking legislation, were developed.
