Abstract

according to modern concepts, the microbiota of the intestine and upper respiratory
tract is considered one of the factors that plays a significant role in the child’s adaptation to the external
environment, the preservation of hemostasis, the morphofunctional maturity of the immune system
and the formation of neuroendocrine regulation of the immune response. According to Andrianov
E.N., Snegirova N.Yu. Dysbiosis of the intestines and upper respiratory tract that forms at an early
age disrupts the maturation and integration of the adaptation system of the child’s body, depletes the
reserve capabilities of the immune system, destabilizes homeostasis, distorts the course of biochemical
reactions and physiological processes, as a result of which the child often gets sick.
