EARLY CLINICAL MANIFESTATIONS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF TROPHOBLASTIC DISEASE IN WOMEN WITH NON-DEVELOPING PREGNANCY
Abstract
Trophoblastic disease is typical only for pregnant women of reproductive age and occurs in 0.1-
0.25% of all pregnancies. Most often among this pathology, cystic drift is diagnosed. According
to WHO (2011), on average, there is one hydatidiform mole per 1,000 births, and approximately
2 out of 100,000 women develop choriocarcinoma following childbirth and in the same proportion
after abortion .
