THE CONTENT AND ESSENCE OF THE FOUNDATIONS OF MORALITY IN CIVIL LAW

In this research work, the legal concept of the foundations of morality, the
history of its development, a comparative analysis with foreign countries were studied
scientifically-theoretically. Opinions were also expressed by the author, paying special
attention to the issues of Roman law, scientific opinions of scientists from Europe and the
CIS, the legal consequences of the foundations of morality on this studied issue.
