PRIVATE ENTREPRENEURSHIP ACTIVITIES: THEORETICAL AND LEGAL BASIS

Abstract

Thesis analyzes the theoretical and legal aspects of private entrepreneurship,
which is one of the types of entrepreneurial activity. Also, thesis also puts forward the
author's proposals on the expression of the concept of "private entrepreneurship" in national
legislation.
