ACTIVITIES OF THE BODY FOR PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION UNDER THE NUMBER ISSUES OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TECHNOLOGY

Abstract

This article carefully analyzes the legal documents of the Republic of Uzbekistan
and the scientific and theoretical views of industry researchers. Also in this article, the
content and essence of these systems are sufficiently disclosed through the relevant norms
on "electronic inquiry and preliminary investigation", a unified information system of
"electronic criminal law statistics", "digital forensics" and investigation in the form of a
video conference.
