THE FORMATION OF DRUG NAMES IN OLD TURKISH LANGUAGE

Abstract

In this scientific paper, Old Turkish language the pharmaceutical terms were
analyzed used from the example of Tertìb-i Mu‘àlece. In the history of the Turkish language and
Turkish history of science findings have been revealed. Some pharmaceutical terms in Old Turkish
language were classified in order to their formations. As wel as pharmaceutical terms formation
was researched by sample method.
