THE LEGAL NATURE OF THE RELATIONSHIP OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS WITH THE JUDICIAL BRANCH
Abstract
This article discusses the legal nature of the relationship between the Government
of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the judicial branch and examines the specific aspects of
the relationship as a result of the analysis of the national legislation of the Republic of
Uzbekistan and foreign legislation and practice. The article also examines the views of legal
experts on the cooperation of the executive branch with the judiciary, and the necessity to
organize this cooperation in an effective way. Based on the results of the general analysis
of the practice of developed countries, proposals and recommendations for legislation have
been developed based on the necessity to further improve the interaction between these two
branches of authority.
