Abstract

This article examines the ways of developing the oral speech competence by using interactive methods. The oral speech (speaking aspect) has always been the highest indicator of the professionalism of a specialist in any field of activity. The oral speech competence is a knowledge that has already passed into skills regarding a certain activity, and basically this knowledge and skills in any activity have an integral component and a requirement for speech training, in our case we are considering a foreign language, namely English. As a rule, speech training includes linguistic, communicative and methodological components. Speech competence is part of the communicative competence. In our authorial method , communicative competence is the ability to solve problems of communication: first of all in professional field, then in everyday, educational, industrial and cultural life by means of a foreign language that are relevant for cadets and future military lawyers; their ability to use the facts of language and speech to achieve goals, especially professional ones.
