The article discusses methods of the reduction of the benzene content in motor gasoline to a level that meets modern ecological and environmental requirements. Described processes of isolation of benzene by selective extraction using DMF and DMSO solvents. The ways of increasing the efficiency of processes of extraction of benzene from a benzene fraction - gasoline.
