THE ROLE OF THE SYSTEM OF “MAKHALLABAY” WORKS IN THE FURTHER MODERNIZATION OF THE ECONOMY OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN BY INCREASING ITS COMPETITIVENESS AND INTEGRATED SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONS.

Abstract

The article describes the unique structure of the self-government system in the Republic of Uzbekistan, i.e. the essence of the makhalla, its uniqueness, the unique role of this structure in the development of the national economy. In his address, the head of state set a target for economic growth of at least 5% by 2021. However, the long-term uncertainty in the global economy requires the search and mobilization of additional resources for economic growth. Therefore, the President instructs leaders of all levels to study the situation in makhallas in their area, to identify "points of growth" and develop them. It was also noted that it is necessary to bring representatives of the economic complex to the makhalla and build a vertical system following the activities of all bodies.
